On February 15, Che Dongxi came to the Majuqiao Manufacturing Base in the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone and found the planning address of xiaomi automobile factory, the farmland on the west side of Fangxindian Village in Majuqiao Town.

The Middle Huanke Road, which has a similar name to Huankexi Road, can be found on the map, but it is actually north of the Xizhou Road where the Tengchu Headquarters is located, and the two are essentially a road. The location of Huankexi 1st Road is as the name suggests to be west of Huanke Middle Road.

According to the plan, the annual production capacity of Xiaomi Automobile in the first phase is 150,000 vehicles, and the annual production capacity of the second phase of the project is also 150,000 vehicles. The address of the second phase of the project is in the southeast side of Fangxindian Village and the south side of Xiaozhangwan Village.

Along the site of the first phase of Xiaomi Automobile project, it is less than 1 kilometer away from the Beijing Benz factory and the BAIC BJEV high-end intelligent ecological factory under construction. More importantly, there is also a high-end automobile and new energy vehicle key parts industrial park.

There are also four huge factories next to the office building, which are Xiaomi's "black light factory" and logistics center, and Xiaomi has even built an overpass in the factory, and the first and second floors can be loaded at the same time.
