According to data from the Nanjing Municipal Development and Reform Commission, there are 183 enterprises above designated size in Nanjing in 2021, including 155 in the integrated circuit design industry, 10 in the wafer manufacturing and packaging and testing industry, and 18 in the integrated circuit support industry, with a cumulative revenue of 47.525 billion yuan, an increase of 17.7% year-on-year. It should be noted that nanjing's integrated circuit design industry has an annual revenue of 33.328 billion yuan, ranking sixth in the country.
According to the "Nanjing 2022 Major Economic and Social Development Project Plan", 420 major projects will be promoted by Nanjing in 2022, with a total planned investment of 1,468.2 billion yuan, an annual planned investment of 236.1 billion yuan, and 402 projects in that year.
All 420 projects are divided into six categories: scientific and technological innovation projects, advanced manufacturing projects, modern service industry projects, modern agricultural projects, infrastructure projects and social and people's livelihood projects, involving integrated circuits, 5G, artificial intelligence, automobiles, medical and other industries.
A total of 18 projects involving semiconductors and integrated circuits, including storage, radio frequency, power semiconductors, silicon epitaxial wafers and other types of semiconductor products and supply chain projects, with a total investment of 36.711 billion yuan.

3. Jiangsu Changjing Pulian invested 815 million yuan and produced 20 billion components per year
The legal entity of the "annual output of 20 billion new components" project is Jiangsu Changjing Pulian Power Semiconductor Co., Ltd., located in Pukou District, and is scheduled to be completed in 2024.
Jiangsu Changjing Pulian Power Semiconductor Co., Ltd. was established in November 2020 with a registered capital of 70 million yuan. The total construction area of the project is about 129,000 square meters, mainly producing surface-mount semiconductor discrete devices and power devices, with a total investment of 815 million yuan.
4. Danfoss Semiconductor built a 60,000-square-meter plant with an annual output of 2.5 million IGBT modules
"Danfoss Semiconductor Power Module" project is located in Nanjing Economic Development Zone, the legal entity of the project is Danfoss Power Electronics (Nanjing) Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 700 million yuan.
Danfoss Power Electronics (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. was established in July 2021, behind which is the Danfoss Group in Denmark. Huatian Technology plans to set up two sealed test production lines, and the substrate project is expected to be completed in 2025
In the packaging and testing process, the domestic packaging and testing manufacturer Huatian Technology plans to build two projects in Pukou District, one for the packaging and testing of storage and radio frequency integrated circuits, and the other for the main production of Bumping, WLCSP, FO, TSV, SiP and other packaging products.
In addition, Nanjing XinAi Technology also plans to build a high-end substrate production line for packaging in Pukou District.

2. Area of 300,000 square meters, focusing on wafer-level packaging products
The legal entity of "Huatian Wafer-level Advanced Packaging and Testing Base" is Huatian Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., located in Pukou District, with a total construction area of about 300,000 square meters, mainly producing Integrated Circuit Wafer Level Packaging Products such as Bumping, WLCSP, FO, TSV, SiP and so on.

3. The construction of high-end substrates for packaging of Xin Ai Technology, with a total investment of 4.5 billion yuan
Xin Ai Technology (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. plans to build the "Nanjing Xin Ai Integrated Circuit Packaging High-end Substrate Phase I" project in Pukou District, with a total construction area of about 128,000 square meters, planned to be completed in 2025, with a total investment of 4.5 billion yuan. After the completion of the project, it is expected to produce 1.45 million high-end substrates for integrated circuits per year.
