On February 20, FAW Besturn's new compact SUV, the Besturn B70S, officially opened for pre-sale. At the same time, the first models of the new car are also officially rolled off the production line today.
In terms of appearance, the B70S is the third model to be built after the Pentium B70 and Pentium T55, using the design language of "The Sexy Curved Surface of the Philosophy of Light and Shadow". The front face design of the new car is more radical, and the split mid-mesh shape brings high recognition. In addition, the new car continues the "Y" shape of the headlights group, after lighting up, the visual effect is very stunning, but also improve the recognition of the vehicle.
The side of the body adopts the shape design of the coupe SUV, which has a quite flexible overall visual experience, which is easy to think of the Mazda CX-4 model. In terms of body size, the new car has a length, width and height of 4555/1850/1515 mm, and a wheelbase of 2750 mm.
The wide, flat rear reinforces the sportiness of the new car, and the overall design is more stylish. In addition, some details of the rear of the car are also more prominent, such as through-type taillights and two thick exhausts on both sides.
In terms of interior, the Pentium B70S is equipped with a 7-inch full LCD instrument cluster and dual 12.3-inch screens, and is equipped with star-lit instrument atmosphere lights, laser laser engraving process, and multiple LED structures of surround constellation atmosphere lights. In the 12.3-inch central control screen, the 360-degree panoramic image provides 7 switching angles and 3D modes, which can be dragged and dropped at will. The new car is also equipped with a very dynamic sports seat, and the wide waist support, thigh support and even shoulder support allow the new car to provide good seat support even when driving intensely.
In terms of power, the new car will provide two sets of powertrains, 1.5T and 2.0T, with a maximum power of 169 hp and 224 hp, and a maximum torque of 258N·m and 340N·m, respectively. In terms of drivetrain, the engine is matched by a 6-speed manual, a 7-speed wet dual-clutch, and a 6-speed automatic transmission from Aisin.
