However, with the development of the times, there are many TV brands in the Chinese market today, which also makes consumers dazzled and confused, which is domestic and which is imported?
So today I will focus on the imports in the current Chinese TV market, that is, foreign brands. First of all, the most pure-blooded TV brand, that is, Sony, Samsung, LG, whether it is research and development or technology are from abroad. This can be seen from the fact that three companies release new products in overseas markets every year, and the domestic market will also synchronize, and China's local TV sets are not OEM products. Of course, these three TVs will also use Chinese components, such as BOE's ADS panel, or Huaxing's VA panel. However, whether it is Sony, or Samsung, LG in the domestic sales of televisions, in addition to the system will be partially modified, in the chip, panel, technology are the same as foreign products.
Of course, if you want to be specific to the model, Samsung is still dominated by more than 7 series, while Sony is mainly based on 8500 models or more, and LG is dominated by OLED screens, after all, this is the flagship version of the three. As for the domestic OEM import products, they are Pioneer and Sanyo, although they once belonged to Japanese companies, but as Japanese semiconductors were sanctioned by the United States, they gradually abandoned these products. And there are basically no manufacturers in China, all of which are mainly OEM products, so do not buy pioneer and Sanyo's TV sets. Of course, affected by the japanese semiconductor environment at that time, there was also the famous Panasonic, which is now renamed TCL. The product is also oem production, and it can even be said that it has no half-cent relationship with Japan's Panasonic. As for Toshiba, which was once acquired by Hisense, it is still an imported goods.
Because the TV sets produced by Toshiba have always been produced locally, and the overseas market is produced by tv factories in China, which means that Hisense only needs to pay a certain license fee every year to sell Toshiba TVs in China and even in the global market. Moreover, in terms of technology and specifications, there is basically no gap with Toshiba's local products. In addition, there is also Philips, which is also famous around the world, although the low-end business was sold to Guanjie, but it still maintains its advantage in the high-end field. And also has its own picture quality chip, the specifications are also relatively perfect.
Therefore, it can be said that the imported products in the Current Chinese market, or the television sets that still belong to foreign manufacturers. In addition to Samsung, LG, and Sony, Philips and Toshiba are also imported products, but they are not purely imported products. As for Sanyo, Panasonic, and Pioneer, to put it mildly, it is already equivalent to "hanging up a sheep's head and selling dog meat." After all, the OEM product, in the strict sense, can not be regarded as a complete product, at most an assembly product. Therefore, I also hope that Chinese consumers will not be deceived, and when buying a TV set, they should still be clear about which is imported and which is OEM.
