First of all, the cause of the accident is under official investigation, but the following situations are not excluded:
First, most of the current buses are gas vehicles, and the gas storage tank fails to cause an explosion;
Second, someone took explosives to the bus, retaliated against society, and ignited the explosives, causing the bus to explode. In this way, the suspect is suspected of bombing.
According to the criminal law, whoever commits the crime of explosion and causes serious consequences shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than ten years.
But if the suspect also died in the explosion accident, then the suspect is not criminally liable, but the civil liability remains within the scope of his estate.
Secondly, at present, all the injured have been sent to the hospital for treatment, so who will bear these costs?
Article 823 of the Civil Code stipulates that the carrier shall be liable for the death or injury of the passenger during the course of carriage, unless the injury or death is caused by the passenger's own health or the carrier proves that the casualty was caused by the passenger's intentional or gross negligence.
That is to say, no matter who caused the accident, the bus company should bear the liability for compensation for the injured passenger.
Of course, if it is caused by a passenger on the bus, then the bus company not only does not need to compensate the passenger, but can also claim compensation from him afterwards.
Finally, I hope that the police will find out the cause of the explosion as soon as possible and give the public an explanation. At the same time, the relevant local departments should also attach great importance to public safety, check public risks, and prevent similar accidents from happening again.
