Dear Tourists,
On the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival in 2024, in order to ensure animal welfare and the safety of tourists, provide tourists and friends with a "clean, civilized and safe" tourism environment, and ensure a better visiting experience for tourists, combined with the actual situation of the scenic spot, Panda Valley (Chengdu Giant Panda Breeding Research Base Dujiangyan Wild Breeding Research Center) will continue to implement measures such as online real-name reservation and time-limited entry into the park.
1. Opening hours
Morning ticket admission time: 7:30-12:00, afternoon ticket admission time: 12:00-17:00, clearing time: 18:30.
II. Instructions for Purchasing Tickets
All visitors (including those who meet the free policy) must make a real-name reservation for Panda Valley tickets online, and bring the original valid ID filled in when making a reservation to enter the park; Seniors aged 60 and above can enter the park without making an appointment and swipe their original ID card. The real-name system is implemented for ticket purchase (1 person, 1 ticket, 1 card), and each ID number is limited to 1 ticket.
There is a daily limit of 16,000 tickets (including free tickets), with 8,000 tickets in the morning and afternoon. Tickets for the last 7 days can be reserved from 0:00 a.m. on the same day, the number is limited, while stocks last, please make a reservation in advance.
3. Ticket purchase channels
(1) Online channels: Panda Valley does not authorize any third-party institutions or individuals to act as an agent for ticket business, in order to ensure your smooth admission to the park and avoid economic losses, please be sure to book tickets through the official WeChat public account "Panda Valley". The scenic spot will not be responsible for the inability to enter the park and the inability to refund tickets purchased through unofficial channels.
(2) Offline window: When there is a surplus of tickets, the offline ticketing window will only provide cash and domestic and foreign bank card ticket purchase services or ticketing problem handling services; When tickets are sold out on the day, the offline ticketing window will be closed.
Fourth, the requirements for entering the park
(1) All visitors (including free tickets) who have successfully made a reservation must bring their original ID cards to enter the park; Those who bring household registration booklets, passports, Taiwan compatriot permits, and relevant documents for travel between Hong Kong and Macao to the mainland must present their relevant documents for verification before entering the park; Those who forget or lose the above documents must present other identification materials or picture evidence of their own identity, and can only enter the park after verification. One person, one card, if the person card does not match, you cannot enter the park.
(2) Visitors should choose the date of admission to the park and the number of morning and afternoon sessions when booking tickets, in order to avoid waiting in line for a long time, please arrive on time according to the morning and afternoon ticket entry time slots, do not advance and cannot enter the park before the time slot, thank you for your cooperation.
5. Current restriction measures
The instantaneous maximum carrying capacity of the Panda Valley Park is 5,000 people, and when the instantaneous number of visitors reaches the limit, the ticket inspection will be suspended and the ticket inspection will be restarted after the number of visitors decreases; the instantaneous maximum carrying capacity of the Red Panda Ecological Stocking Area is 450 people, and when the instantaneous number of tourists reaches the limit, the entrance to the area will be suspended, and you need to wait in line to enter the park only after the number of tourists drops.

In order to meet everyone's visiting needs, the opening and closing schedule of the Chengdu Science Fiction Museum in September is announced as follows:
