According to Apple's official website, the A15 processor uses improved 5nm technology, has 15 billion transistors, 6 cores CPU, including two high-performance cores and four efficiency cores. The A15 also has an ultra-fast neural engine that can perform 15.8 trillion (15.8TOPS) operations per second, which is why the A15 processor's Geekbench ML (Machine Learning Performance) score is so high.
