Since then, he has participated in the Railway Bureau Vehicle System Vehicle Fitter Competition twice, won the second place in the individual all-round consecutively, and won the honors of "Youth Job Expert" and "Locomotive Medal" in the 2014 All-Road Vehicle System Truck Vocational Skills Competition, setting an example for the "Ping An" brothers.

After graduating in 2018, the second oldest Xuanping and the third Old Xuan'an entered the Guangzhou EMU section at the same time, Xuanping is a ground-handling mechanic, responsible for the special maintenance work after the EMU returns to the warehouse; Xuan'an is a vehicle-accompanying mechanic, responsible for the technical support work of the vehicle group running online. The Spring Festival in 2022 is the fourth Spring Festival of the two "Ping An" brothers.

Xuanping does not speak much in his daily life, but his work is solid. Since the new crown epidemic in 2020, Xuanping has been responsible for disinfecting the EMU, and when each train enters the warehouse for maintenance, other maintenance personnel complete the disinfection before getting on the train, which belongs to the pioneer of "mine clearance". At the beginning of the epidemic, everyone was worried about this work, and Xuanping was shaken at the beginning, but it persisted, and at present, more than 1,000 sets of train disinfection have been completed, and the trains have been connected for more than 200 kilometers. Train killing wear protective clothing, stuffy, hot, tired is the normal disinfection work, from air disinfection, to handrails and other places and other places to wipe and disinfect, patience and care is Xuanping's personality traits.

"When I first participated in the disinfection work, I was still very afraid in my heart, one was the fear of the virus, and the other was afraid that I would not do well, causing the spread of the epidemic. During the Spring Festival in 2022, due to the increase in the number of trains on the line, Xuanping's disinfection workload increased from 3 trains per day to 7 trains per day, but he had no complaints, and still took care of other special work after disinfection. "Xuanping is down-to-earth, serious, careful, has strong business ability, has never made a mistake in his work, and I can rest assured that I can arrange important work to him." The old third Xuan'an has a lively and outgoing personality, and the accumulated mileage of the 200,000 kilometers of the EMU he is on duty is error-free, and he was named a "five-star car mechanic" in 2021.
