From January 23 to 28, 2022, the Hehai Yixing Practice Group from Hohai University launched a five-day "Cloud Volunteer Teaching, Charity Walk" - Hehai Yixing Winter Vacation Public Welfare Coursework Counseling Online Practice Research Activity, and formed a research report, 5 personal practice experiences, and nearly 10,000 words of learning experience sharing, with rich practical results, prominent public welfare themes, and good practical results.
First, do not forget the original intention and do practical things for the masses
At the beginning of the practice, the members of the Hehai Yixing Practice Group held an online meeting to discuss and formulate the practice form, goals and effects to be achieved, and determined that the WeChat community operation was the main mode for primary school and junior high school students to answer questions on online winter vacation homework, and to explain in various forms such as pictures, text, and voice. A total of 38 questions were answered, involving English, mathematics, physics, chemistry and other disciplines, involving 45 knowledge points, and the cumulative Q&A time was about 260 minutes.

At the same time, in the later satisfaction survey, 84.62% of the students said that they could get very timely answers to their questions, 100% of the students were very satisfied with the Q&A service, 84.62% of the students thought that the answers provided by the team members were very professional, and 93.33% of the students said that if there was a similar cloud teaching activity, they would still participate.
Not forgetting the original intention, the practice group took "doing practical things for the masses" as its purpose, effectively solved the difficulties encountered by the students in the winter vacation homework and study, and won the recognition of the students.
Second, be a guide, so that the latecomers "have traces to follow"
During the same period, the Hehai Yixing Practice Group carried out research activities on "Cloud Volunteer Teaching", and collected a total of 93 valid questionnaires and 2 effective telephone interviews in the form of online questionnaires and telephone interviews.
According to the questionnaire results, 29.03% and 25.81% of the personnel expressed "relatively recognition" and "great recognition" of the "cloud support teaching", and there were still 15.05% and 5.38% of the personnel who expressed "little recognition" and "no approval" attitude towards the "cloud support teaching". It can be seen that the social acceptance of "cloud support teaching" is not ideal, so in the future "cloud support teaching" activities, publicity and explanation should be carried out in advance to improve recognition. When it comes to how to implement the "cloud support education", the investigators most support the use of social platforms such as QQ and WeChat for volunteer teaching activities, followed by office software such as Tencent Conference and DingTalk, accounting for 68.82% and 67.74% respectively. At the same time, 83.38% of the respondents believe that the quality of the teaching level of volunteer teachers and college students should be strictly controlled to promote the implementation of "cloud support teaching".

At the same time, through telephone interviews with classmates and parents, the practice group also found the core issues that students and parents are concerned about, such as students are most concerned about the freedom of time arrangement, parents are most concerned about whether their children's grades can be improved, and latecomers can focus on improving them.
Third, continue the dream, public welfare will never stop
The team members spent five days to find out the weak points of the students based on the questions raised by the students, and based on this, they wrote nearly 10,000 words of learning experience sharing involving 9 core disciplines and shared it with the students who participated in the practical activities, hoping to have a long-term positive impact on the students' learning methods and learning habits.
