Implement the work of returning trade union funds. In accordance with the spirit of the "Notice of the Fujian Provincial Federation of Trade Unions on the Full Return of Trade Union Funds to Small and Micro Enterprises" (Fujian Gong [2020] No. 32), the Shanghang County Federation of Trade Unions has further increased the return of trade union funds for small and micro enterprises by simplifying the application approval procedures, and as of December 31, 2021, 928,900 yuan of trade union funds have been returned to 106 small and micro enterprises, relieving difficulties for small and micro enterprises and helping small and micro enterprises to develop healthily during the epidemic.

Skills training helps to improve

Relying on employee training schools, we actively adapt to the new changes in enterprise employment and employee job search brought about by economic development, and innovate and carry out skills training, job transfer training, and entrepreneurial ability training that combine "online" and "offline" to help workers in new employment forms stabilize their jobs and enhance their employability. In 2021, a total of 45 training courses were held for baby nurses, nurseries, escorts, welders, electricians, e-commerce workers, entrepreneurship training, agricultural technology promotion, and express delivery safety business training courses, and 2399 employees and migrant workers were trained. In the new year, the Shanghang County Federation of Trade Unions will deepen the "Action for Migrant Workers to Realize their Dreams of Studying", scientifically determine the majors and plans for the enrollment of academic continuing education, actively carry out the work of mobilizing student sources and recommending organizations, increase financial subsidies, and truly let more willing migrant workers receive corresponding academic continuing education.
