After investigation and verification, at 8:30 a.m. on February 6, Wang Mou (male), a positive case who was initially screened, drove from Suizhong County, Liaoning Province to Haigang District, Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province, and entered the main store of Xiaoliu Barber Shop in Beili at 10:40, staying for about 5 minutes and then driving back to Suizhong County.
