Recently, the Linyi Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning announced the 2021 annual credit "blacklist". Among them, the Shandong Linyi Petroleum Branch of Sinopec Sales Co., Ltd. was included for illegal land use.
The Linyi Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning said that for market entities included in the credit "blacklist", they will stop the examination and approval of new land use before the rectification is in place, and will not accept transfers, mortgages, and other businesses; at the same time, public announcements will be made on the portal website of the Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning, Credit China "Shandong Linyi" and other relevant websites, and joint disciplinary action by departments will be implemented for credit.
