Bronze Sacred Tree No. 1, Golden Staff, Bronze Longitudinal Mask... Friends who have watched the classic cultural and blog program "National Treasure" should be impressed by these national treasure-level cultural relics that represent the "battle" of sanxingdui museum. Since the sanxingdui site began in 1986 with a large-scale excavation that has never been seen before, the ancient Shu civilization that has been sleeping for thousands of years has constantly brought us surprises.
In fact, according to the author's understanding, the cultural relics excavated from the Sanxingdui site that we have seen so far are still relatively small, how can such a brilliant and splendid civilization only have these representative cultural relics? So far, the area of Sanxingdui excavated is only about two-thousandths of the total, but it is enough to amaze the world, if it is fully excavated, I dare not imagine what kind of shocking historical picture it is.
In addition to the bronze sacred trees and longitudinal masks mentioned above, Sanxingdui actually has many cultural relics that perfectly reflect the mystery of the ancient Shu civilization, foreign countries have "sphinxes", Sanxingdui has "human head bird figures"; Hunan unearthed "four sheep square zun", Sanxingdui also has a "copper circle zun" with three curly horn sheep's heads; it can be said that when it comes to the richness and variety of cultural relics, Sanxingdui is completely fine.
But in addition to these more serious cultural relics, the ancient Shu civilization site represented by Sanxingdui has actually found some more "funny", at first glance people can't help but laugh or suspect the existence of crossers, they are often strange in shape, and some modern elements are highly similar, and even people mistakenly think that it is modern crafts, but don't laugh first, this is really three or five thousand years ago the ancients elaborate!
First, let's look at this copper-eye shaped device suspected of being a "slender triangular ruler". In the era of reading, it is always indispensable to draw mathematical illustrations with the assistance of a triangular ruler, and when you see this eye-shaped device, you may think that the ancients took it to draw pictures! But the eye shaper eye shaper, as the name suggests, is used to piece together the eyes, and the parts are put together to become a large abstract eye, but the eye shape is diamond-shaped.
There are several eye shapers unearthed from Sanxingdui, this kind of eye shaper that is very close to the right triangle is a group of 4, that is to say, it takes 4 to put together a complete eye, and one less is not enough. If you look closely, you will find that there are small round holes in the four corners of the eye shaper, and this round hole, according to experts, should be used for installation and fixing. Some of the spelled out eyes are even more than half a meter long, which is put on the portrait ratio, which is simply a giant level...
Let's look at this old man with very distinctive hair. This "bronze kneeling portrait" unearthed in the second sacrifice pit looks quite joyful, the eyes are rounder than the cat, the appearance of grinning teeth seems to be angry in the eyes of modern people, and the next second they have to rush to fight with people, and many of the ancient character statue styles we have seen are different, especially the hair, first from the front to the back, and then turn a corner to roll back to the front, this hairstyle is difficult for modern people to challenge, first of all, it is not easy to meet the requirements.
According to professional scholars, the figure displayed in this kneeling statue is likely to be a witch blessing of ancient Shudi sacrifice and prayer, and it can be seen from his demeanor that his status is relatively noble, and he wears a bracelet on his hand and socks on his feet, which can prove that he was not in the lower class of society at that time.
Sacrifice this kind of thing is very important in the Central Plains civilization, representing the interconnection of heaven and earth people, so the "Book of Rites" has "Fu Li, must be based on the heavens, dishes in the earth, listed in the ghost gods", the ancient Shu civilization was originally influenced by the Central Plains Xia Shang culture, if this old brother is Wu Zhu, then he should be similar to the "half immortal" in the hearts of the ancient Shu people at that time.
The third artifact is the "jade pipe" excavated from the second sacrificial pit, which is also very funny at first glance, and every time I see it, I always think of the "homemade sweet potato stalk natural necklace" that I played with when I was a child. Friends who have not played this homemade necklace game, you can see the following picture:
Is it strikingly similar to the jade pipe of Sanxingdui? In fact, this is indeed a "jade pipe necklace", composed of 15 jade pipes, according to experts, it should be an ornament worn by the ancient Shu people on the neck. In fact, if you look at more archaeological data, you will find that the neck ornament is very common in primitive society, and the aesthetics of the ancients on the neck have long formed specific standards.
"Shijing Weifeng Shuoren" describes the beauty of Princess Zhuang Jiang of the State of Qi when mentioning her "collar like a cockroach", the "collar" here is the neck, the cockroach is the larvae of the heavenly cow, with the characteristics of color white and length, so Zhuang Jiang should have a swan neck that modern people like, but not everyone's neck can be so perfect, so it is necessary to use neck ornaments to decorate, it is conceivable that the ancient Shu nobles also have a strong love of beauty.
Finally, there is the "jade sword" unearthed from the Sanxingdui No. 1 sacrifice pit, yes, you read it right, this is really an ancient Shu sword, not a large bamboo pole, nor a rolling pin. The willow leaf sword was once very popular in the Bashu area, and there are some similarities with this jade sword, which are collected by the National History Museum and the Sichuan Museum, so archaeologists believe that this jade sword may be the ancestor of the Bashu willow leaf sword.
Combined with the previous jade pipe necklace, we can reasonably suspect that the aesthetics of the ancient Shu people were profoundly influenced by bamboo, the jade pipe was originally like bamboo, and this jade sword also appeared bamboo leaf-shaped.
Don't look at this cultural relic because the lethality of the jade sword does not look strong, the historical records on the mainland on the sword can be traced back to the Shang Dynasty, and many of the cultural relics unearthed in Sanxingdui were created in the Shang Era, it can be said that this jade sword is the predecessor of many famous swords in history. There is a saying in the "Confucius Family Language" that "the ancient gentleman fixed the sword to defend himself", perhaps this jade sword was also worn by the people of ancient Shu at that time, used for self-defense or to show status.
"Sleeping for three thousand years, waking up to shock the world", although the 4 Sanxingdui cultural relics shared today are slightly funny in appearance, through them, we can still imagine how the ancients of a thousand years ago treated life with a serious attitude, they left us with incomparably brilliant traces of civilization, attracting us to interpret the truth of history through cultural relics...
