After passing the inspection, Wang Miao received an order for 5,000 hydrangeas and 1,300 bay leaves, at which point she learned of the use of these flowers. "Velvet flower, also known as woolen hook flower, it is different from the traditional meaning of the plane hook flower, but the use of various colors of wool exquisite hook weaving, the flower layer is clear, the texture is fluffy, three-dimensional sense is strong, looks like flowers, can achieve the effect of fake and real. Because it is handmade, it can be said that each petal and each leaf is unique. Wang Miao said. Because of the large amount of work, Wang Miao taught more than 20 sisters in the village to crochet hydrangeas and bay leaves, and for more than two months thereafter, Wang Miao and her sisters spent more than ten hours a day weaving velvet flowers with finger temperature.

Wang Miao was born 30 years ago in an ordinary farming family in Dongdawang Village, Luyi County. Only 14 days after her birth, she was diagnosed with osteosypermia, commonly known as "brittle bone disease", that is, "porcelain doll".
