The bouquets of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games are hand-woven bouquets of velvet thread, and this "Olympic flower that never fades" has become the highlight of the Winter Olympic Games. The velvet bouquet not only retains the shape of the bouquet in the Olympic award ceremony, but also practices the concept of thrifty and sustainable Winter Olympics, which means warmth, peace and can be preserved forever.
In this activity, good neighborly center specially invited Mr. Du Zhaoping, a skilled mother team in Yangpu District who participated in the production of the Winter Olympics award bouquet of roses, to bring zero-based hook flower teaching, so that every female representative who participated in the activity could harvest a romance that will never fade.
At the scene, Teacher Du explained while making, teaching everyone how to crochet skills such as "ring needle", "short needle", "pulling needle", "long needle" and so on. Many participants are the first time to contact crochet, there are certain difficulties in the process of learning crochet, Teacher Du patiently guided step by step, and explained and demonstrated for everyone. Everyone focused on crocheting the petals in their hands, and humbly asked the teacher for advice if they did not understand.
Under the guidance of Teacher Du, I saw the colored velvet thread turning left and right in everyone's hands, and finally the petals were presented in front of everyone's eyes. Looking at the works crocheted from their hands, everyone burst into joyful smiles.
