They once dug up Wang Xiaohui's mobile phone in the river channel, and there was a record of use after the disappearance, and they were very puzzled. However, on August 16, the local official replied to the Jimu News reporter that it was not true that the mobile phone had a record of use after the disappearance.
At about 8:00 a.m. on May 12, Teacher Wang Xiaohui of Wangtang Primary School in Lingchuan County, Guilin City, Guangxi Province, rode an electric car to the school, but accidentally disappeared in the middle of the road. Some villagers once said that when they saw Wang Xiaohui passing through a country road, they were swept away by the rising water. Wang Xiaohui's family, local villagers, public security and other search forces found her raincoat and electric car items in the downstream river, but Wang Xiaohui was missing. After the incident, they called Wang Xiaohui's phone several times, sometimes through, but no one answered, and by the night of May 14, the mobile phone was turned off.
Recently, Wang Xiaohui's father, Wang Yuanxiang, told Jimu News that on May 23, an excavator dug up Wang Xiaohui's mobile phone in the river channel several meters near the incident site. They blew it with a hair dryer for a few days before they dared to open the phone and saw that there were dozens of missed caller IDs on the phone, and in the phone photo album, there was a screenshot of the dialing interface on May 14, one of which showed that the phone was charging.
Wang Yuanxiang recalled that within a few days after Wang Xiaohui disappeared, the family had applied to locate the mobile phone, but the two positioning were several kilometers apart. On the evening of May 12, it was located in a village about 5 kilometers from the scene of the incident, and on May 14, it was located near the scene of the incident. However, due to the possible error in the background positioning, Wang Yuanxiang still focused on searching along the river. Later, he also went to the located village to look for it, but there was still no clue.
Mr. Mo, a villager who participated in the search throughout the search, also told reporters that he also saw the screenshot of the dialing interface in Wang Xiaohui's mobile phone and felt very strange. They searched for months, looking for everywhere they could, but after finding Wang Xiaohui's mobile phone, they found nothing.
Seeing the screenshot of his daughter's mobile phone, Lenovo's previous positioning gap, Wang Yuanxiang had doubted whether his daughter's disappearance would have other human factors, so he reported the case to the local public security organ and applied for a case filing and investigation. However, the notice of non-filing issued by the Lingchuan County Public Security Bureau shows that the bureau found that no criminal facts had occurred after review. But Wang Yuanxiang could not understand it and still hoped for a more detailed explanation.
On August 16, the staff of the Propaganda Department of the Lingchuan County Party Committee responded to the Jimu News reporter that the local public security had verified that the location of the mobile phone had changed twice, and the use records after the disappearance were not true. When the reporter proposed to ask the police about the reason, the staff did not agree.
