At this stage, ET5 will mainly complete the three tasks of optimizing the production line process, verifying the functional integrity of the vehicle, and verifying the properties and performance of the whole vehicle. By identifying potential problems in the production process, continuous optimization and refinement, and placing more stringent demands on components and manufacturing processes. The small batch trial production of the whole vehicle prototype will also gradually adjust the assembly process of the bar production line to the optimal state.

In terms of power, the ET5 is equipped with a new generation of electric drive system of NIO, which is composed of a 150kW induction motor on the front axle and a silicon carbide permanent magnet motor on the rear axle, and in terms of endurance, it is equipped with a standard battery pack (75kWh) CLTC with a range of 500-550km, and a long-endurance battery pack (100kWh) with a range of 640-700km.
