General outpatient treatment will be improved
From 2022, a number of provinces and cities will begin to implement the reform of outpatient mutual assistance guarantee for employees' basic medical insurance, one of the important ones is to improve the level of outpatient treatment and include more outpatient expenses in medical insurance reimbursement.

For example, Fujian has improved outpatient treatment by reducing the threshold of ordinary outpatient clinics, increasing the reimbursement ratio and the cap line, among which: the threshold line has been uniformly adjusted to about 1% of the average salary of employed personnel in local urban units of full caliber; the reimbursement ratio has been uniformly increased to 75% for in-service personnel, the proportion of retirees has been uniformly increased to 80%, and the number of medical treatment at the grass-roots level has been increased by another 10 percentage points.

Guizhou mentioned in the government work report that this year, the minimum standard of basic pension for urban and rural residents was raised from 98 yuan per person per month to 113 yuan, an increase of 15 yuan.
In addition, Shaanxi Province has also made it clear that it is necessary to ensure that pensions are paid in full and on time; the Hebei government has also proposed in the work report that the basic pension of retirees should be increased; Shanghai has proposed to raise the standard of social security treatment such as pension, medical insurance, and minimum insurance.
Funeral benefits will be increased
At present, the funeral allowance system for urban and rural residents has not achieved national coverage nationwide. After the death of government employees and enterprise retirees, they can enjoy funeral subsidy treatment, and the funeral allowance is paid 4 times the average salary of the province's on-the-job workers in the previous year; after the death of the enterprise retiree, the funeral allowance is paid twice the per capita disposable income of the province in the previous year.

The old-age allowance treatment has reached a new high

From 2022, Shandong Longkou also announced that it will issue old age allowances, 70 to 79 years old, 80 to 89 years old, 90 to 98 years old, and the elderly over 99 years old can be paid 300 yuan, 400 yuan, 600 yuan and 600 yuan respectively. The treatment of centenarians was increased by 200 yuan.
One-time work-related death benefit
In 2022, the one-time death benefit standard will be raised. According to the regulations on work-related injury insurance, the one-time work-related death benefit standard is 20 times the per capita disposable income of urban residents nationwide in the previous year.
