Female cashiers are obsessed with male anchors, and even embezzle millions of yuan of public funds, crazy to buy gifts and tips, what kind of punishment should be imposed for this behavior. Recently, the Jinchengjiang District People's Court of Hechi City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region concluded such a case.

The court found that Yin joined a Guangxi Real Estate Development Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Real Estate Company") in 2001 and was responsible for the expenses of the company's Hechi branch account and the management of the company's account in the real estate field. Due to the needs of the work, Yin actually controlled two bank cards used for part of the company's capital flow. From July to November 2020, Yin Mou admired and admired a male anchor, that is, took advantage of his position as a company cashier and held the company's business activity account, and repeatedly embezzled the company's funds for the purchase of virtual coins, and then exchanged them for virtual gifts to reward the anchor.

On January 21, 2021, Yin went abroad to hide, and the real estate company reported the case to the public security organs. After being persuaded and mobilized by the public security police and their families, Yin returned to China on April 8 of the same year. On June 17 of the same year, the public security organs arrested Yin. After Yin was arrested, he truthfully confessed the criminal facts of embezzling the company's property for the male anchor of the reward, and voluntarily admitted guilt and accepted punishment. On June 30, after judicial appraisal, it was finally determined that Yin had embezzled a total of 1,443,320 yuan of the company's property. After the incident, Yin's relatives have returned 75,000 yuan of illegal gains on their behalf.

After trial, the Jinchengjiang District Court sentenced Yin to 4 years and 6 months imprisonment and a fine of 10,000 yuan for the crime of embezzlement of office, and ordered him to return the remaining amount of 1,368,320 yuan to the victim unit for the crime of embezzlement of his position.

After the judge's trial, the judge said that Yin took advantage of his position to occupy the company's property for his own personal entertainment, and the amount was huge, and his behavior had constituted the crime of embezzlement of office. After the incident, although Yin went abroad to hide, after mobilization, he was able to take the initiative to return to China to surrender, truthfully confess the crime, and actively cooperate with the company to conduct financial reconciliation, explain the fact that he embezzled public funds, constituting voluntary surrender, which can be mitigated or mitigated. Accordingly, the Court rendered the above judgment.
