China Daily, January 26 (Reporter Jiang Dong) Today, the "Zhong Ming Shengshi: The Forbidden City and the Chengde Mountain Resort Tibetan Clocks and Watches Joint Exhibition" was held at the Palace Museum in Beijing.

This exhibition selects representative clock collections from the Palace Museum and the Chengde Mountain Resort Museum and exhibits them together. Among them, the Palace Museum exhibited 40 clocks and watches, and the Chengde Mountain Resort Museum exhibited 20 clocks.

The production age of these clocks continued from the 18th century to the beginning of the 20th century, not only covering the works of famous artists in Western countries such as Britain, France, Switzerland, etc., but also including domestic fine products from the Qing Palace, Guangzhou, Suzhou and other places, so that the audience can appreciate the colorful collection of court clocks and watches.
