Huang Lixiao, a famous poet and national first-class writer, said that the "green horse" is not only a "green code" that alludes to the present, but also contains the potential imagination of peace, but also the connection between the historical moment and the city spirit, and the concept art of "green horse" dissolves the anxiety of the current people, and the green light seems to spread the power throughout the horse's body, liberating people from the cage of life, and life rejoices with the courage of the self, bringing the dream of green freedom. The poet Haizi wrote a poem "Dream as a Horse", which is also a portrayal of this "green horse", alluding to the need for every life to hiss, every life to run with hope, to watch over the peaceful homeland on the high mountains.
