First, try to avoid online shopping, purchasing cold chain food overseas and in areas with domestic case reports. If you need to buy, you should go to the regular market or supermarket to buy, imported cold chain food can scan the "Beijing cold chain" traceability code to view product testing inspection and traceability information. Wear masks correctly, maintain hand hygiene, and avoid direct contact with cold chain food when purchasing.

Second, for the purchased pre-packaged imported cold chain food, it is necessary to disinfect the packaging surface. It is recommended to disinfect the surface of the outer packaging when the surface temperature returns to above zero, wipe or spray the prepackaged surface with 500 mg/L chlorine disinfectant, wipe clean with water after 15 minutes, or wipe twice with 75% alcohol.

Third, when processing cold chain food, it is necessary to clean to avoid contamination of personnel and the environment; processing containers, cutting boards, knives and other utensils should be separated from raw and cooked, and placed separately; pay attention to cleaning hands, do not touch the eyes, mouth and nose with your hands to prevent cross-contamination; after processing, the kitchen environment and utensils should be thoroughly disinfected, cleaned, and paid attention to kitchen ventilation.

Fourth, imported cold chain food should be cooked to avoid raw or semi-raw food; the remaining food should be stored in the refrigerator and eaten as soon as possible, and should be thoroughly heated before eating again.

Fifth, dining advocates a meal sharing system, encourages the use of public chopsticks and spoons, and does not mix personal tableware. If you are unwell, seek medical treatment in time according to the regulations, and do not buy or take medicines by yourself.
