The new generation of Toyota Sequoia will debut on January 26, but the design of the model was exposed ahead of time: the official image of the car was leaked online. The photos show the front of the SUV, reminiscent of the recent Tundra, with LED lights and chrome strips between them at the rear. In the third image, the sequoia is taken from the side, so you can see the glass lines.
From the leaked photos, we can conclude that Sequoia borrowed from the Tundra platform pickup that changed generations last fall. The front optics, hood and fenders of these cars are similar in design, while suVs have original bumpers and grilles with large mesh patterns.
Sequoia will not only share the TNGA-F's architecture with pickups, but also the engine: the series is expected to be equipped with a 3.5-litre twin-turbo V6 petrol engine with 389 hp. In addition, the SUV can get the Unit 437 i-Force hybrid unit. The transmission is a ten-segment automatic transmission, rear drive or full drive.
