At 0-24:00 on January 24, 2022, there was a new confirmed case of local COVID-19 in Tianjin. There are no new confirmed cases of imported COVID-19 from abroad. There were no new indigenous asymptomatic infected persons, and 1 new case of asymptomatic infected person imported from abroad was added. 49 people were cured and discharged from hospital (including 44 indigenous cases and 5 imported cases). 1 person with indigenous asymptomatic infection was released from medical observation.

From January 8, 2022 to January 24, 2022, Tianjin has reported a total of 361 confirmed cases of covid-19 and 270 cases in hospital. A total of 22 cases of asymptomatic infected persons have been reported, 1 person has been released from medical observation, 5 cases are still under medical observation, and 16 cases have been converted into confirmed cases.

From January 2020 to January 24, 2022, Tianjin has reported a total of 509 confirmed cases of novel coronavirus pneumonia, 236 discharged cases, 3 deaths, and 270 cases in hospital. A total of 504 confirmed cases of imported novel coronavirus pneumonia have been reported, 477 discharged cases and 27 cases are in hospital. A total of 505 asymptomatic infected persons (478 cases imported from abroad) were reported, of which 414 cases were released from medical observation, 14 cases were still under medical observation (including 5 cases in China and 9 cases imported from abroad), and 77 cases were converted into confirmed cases. A total of 30,974 close contacts have been traced, and 8,547 people are still under medical observation.
