Paralympic biathlon ski tracks and Paralympic cross-country skiing have basically the same requirements, the seated group track is less difficult than other groups, the route is relatively easy, and athletes slide in artificial snow tanks.

The standing and visually impaired categories all use free skiing technology, and athletes participating in the visually impaired event can be equipped with a skater.

Athletes shoot in short distances with two rounds of shooting, four rounds each at medium and long ranges, and guns do not need to be carried with them when sliding. Athletes in the standing and visually impaired groups all use a recumbent position, and the athletes in the sitting position group can choose a recumbent or sitting position, and the shooting distance is 10 meters.

Athletes in the visually impaired group use electronic rifles equipped with an acoustic aiming system, athletes use air rifles to distinguish the direction and timing by wearing headphones to listen to the sound of the electronic targets, and athletes in other groups use air rifles.

Athletes have 5 bullets per round of shooting, short-distance and medium-distance competitions once off target need to be punished once in the penalty lane, the standing group and visually impaired group penalty circle circumference of 150 meters, sitting group penalty circle circumference of 100 meters. Off-target in long distance races is punished by one minute at a time.

The rules for the departure and timing of the competition are the same as those for Paralympic cross-country skiing, the results are basically the same, and the results of each group are multiplied by the corresponding grading coefficients of the athletes to obtain the final competition results.
