But Apple's move violates French law: "All smartphones must come with a 'hands-free kit' to protect children under the age of 14 from electromagnetic radiation." Therefore, iPhone series phones sold in France will come with Earpods headphones.
The current Notice of French carrier Fnac said that the reason why iPhone series phones do not need to continue to carry Earpods headphones is the new law passed at the end of 2021 to reduce France's environmental footprint.
