During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, a group of international friends came to the Soviet region of northern Shaanxi to convey the true situation of the Chinese revolution to the world and contribute to the victory of the Chinese people.
In order to commemorate the "old friends" of these Chinese, Ma Yifei, the founder of the "Red Star Park" of Yan'an Cultural Park, held a photo exhibition of "International Friends in Yan'an" in the park, through more than 400 precious photos, reproducing the scene of more than 150 foreigners working and living in Yan'an during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression.
These photos were collected by Ma Yifei and his team who spent more than 10 years visiting the United States, Europe, Australia and other countries and regions.
Since its inception in 2017, the exhibition has attracted visitors from 25 countries and regions, and has become an educational base for Peking University, Northwest University and Yan'an University.
