I said which of you is a kind person

See my kids

I grew up in a foot and a half

You hugged away

A broken family

In October 1993, in Kunming, Yunnan Province, Yin Shehui and Zhou Jielan were washing dishes at home, while their eldest daughter Yin Quanhua and younger son Yin Daikun were playing outside. But in the blink of an eye, the two children were gone.

Mr. and Mrs. Yin Shehui hurriedly searched around, and it was not until late afternoon that a neighbor told them as if they had seen their children taken away.

Yin Shehui and Zhou Jielan were originally from Yongzhou City, Hunan Province, and jointly raised three children, in addition to the lost Yin Quanhua and Yin Daikun, and an eldest son. The couple made a living by playing cotton in Kunming, Yunnan Province, and although they did not earn much money, they also lived comfortably and comfortably, and for many years they did not have any enemies, which made it difficult for them to accept for a while.

After the incident, the couple reported to the police and posted a notice to find someone, but the public equipment at that time was not perfect, and the results were minimal.

For the next six months, the two of them have been looking for the child, but the house leaked in the overnight rain, and at this time, there was another bad news - the eldest son unfortunately drowned. It turned out that after Yin Quanhua and Yin Daikun's two siblings disappeared, the couple worried about the safety of their eldest son and sent him back to their hometown, but they did not think that there was an accident.

In half a year, three children were lost in a row, which made Yin Shehui and Zhou Jielan feel that the sky was about to fall. Jerry Chou wrote the birth dates of his abducted sons and daughters on the family wardrobe, pretending that they were still around in the days to come.

After 28 years, the eldest daughter was recovered

In the face of various changes, Yin Shehui and Zhou Jielan finally chose to face it strongly. Under the persuasion of their families, the two gave birth to a pair of children. But even so, they always thought about Yin Quanhua and Yin Daikun's sisters and brothers who were abducted.

In March 2015, the couple heard that blood samples were collected for DNA comparison, and that they might be able to retrieve their abducted and missing children, so they returned to their hometown in Yongzhou City, Hunan Province, to collect blood samples.

In 2021, the Ministry of Public Security launched the "Reunion Operation", and public security organs in various localities made every effort to detect the backlog of child abduction and trafficking, and comprehensively search for missing abducted children. The Public Security Bureau of Yongzhou City, Hunan Province, also comprehensively sorted out and supplemented and improved the relevant family search information on the data of the anti-abduction system that has been entered in the city. The abduction of a pair of sons and daughters of the Yin family at the same time 28 years ago once again attracted the attention of the police in Yongzhou City, Hunan Province.

For family searches, blood collection and comparison is the most effective and fast method, so the police of the Public Security Bureau of Yongzhou City, Hunan Province, re-collected blood samples from Yin Shehui and Zhou Jielan in accordance with the latest sampling standards issued by the Ministry of Public Security.

In July 2021, a message came from Xingtai City, Hebei Province, that a local woman named Zhao Yan (pseudonym) was suspected to be the abducted Yin Quanhua. After review and comparison, it was confirmed that Zhao Yan of Xingtai City, Hebei Province, was indeed Yin Quanhua who disappeared 28 years ago in Kunming City, Yunnan Province. With the help of the police, the eldest daughter, who has been missing for 28 years, was finally reunited with the couple.

After the recognition of relatives, Yin Quanhua confided to her parents and the police about the bumpy experience of being abducted over the years. She recalls that a young woman had tricked her and her brother into taking her and her brother, but the day after she was abducted, she and her brother separated. As for the young woman who took them, Yin Quanhua said that she could not remember. As for where her brother was later sold, she did not know.

In Yin Quanhua's later memories, she has stayed in four or five households, preparing to taste the bitterness of life, and she does not know how she finally arrived in Hebei to support her family. Until Yin Quanhua grew up and had her own children after starting a family, the idea of looking for relatives became stronger and stronger, so in June 2021, she went to the local public security organ in Hebei to seek help.

Compare thousands of times just to find you

After finding Yin Quanhua, in order to soothe the pain of Yin Shehui and Zhou Jielan as soon as possible, the police continued to actively contact and communicate with various places to strive to find his younger brother Yin Daikun as soon as possible.

In September 2021, the Ministry of Public Security launched a two-and-a-half-month "Reunion Operation" forensic technology concentration competition in Changde City, Hunan Province. Anti-abduction experts from all over the country have carried out search and comparison through the latest technical means.

After thousands of comparisons, the abduction experts finally locked in a man surnamed Zheng in Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, who was Yin Shehui and Zhou Jielan's long-awaited son Yin Daikun.

Faced with the police who suddenly came to the door, Yin Daikun had a hard time accepting the fact that he had been abducted and sold. After many efforts by the police and community personnel, on December 8, 2021, Yin Daikun finally returned to Yongzhou City, Hunan Province, to meet with his biological parents Yin Shehui and Zhou Jielan. On the day of the recognition, her sister Yin Quanhua also came from Hebei Province, and the family ate a long-lost reunion dinner. The public security organs are still in the process of in-depth investigation of the relevant criminal suspects who abducted and sold Yin Quanhua and Yin Daikun.

Q1: As early as 2009, the Ministry of Public Security deployed a special operation to combat abduction, and since then, the fight against abduction has always been an important task of the police, so why did you choose to launch a "reunion operation" in 2021?

A1: We are a national anti-abduction office established in 2007 and a national anti-abduction special operation in 2009. From 2009 to the present, the special action against abduction has been a normal work. The "reunion operation" we carried out is a general attack on the backlog of child abduction and trafficking cases on the basis of the special action to combat abduction and trafficking in children throughout the country. We gave this action a very warm, warm name, called "Reunion Action." It is hoped that all separated abducted children will be reunited with their families.

Q2: After the end of the "Reunion Operation", what will be the next step in the anti-abduction and family search activities?

A2: The situation in recent years is that the annual number of cases of child theft in our country is about 20, and basically all of them can be broken. We hope that through this deterrent to crime, those suspects who are still committing more than 20 child trafficking crimes can get a deterrent. We want to be world-class. Many parents of missing abducted children who have not yet found their children are worried about when my child will be found. "Operation Reunion" is over, is there no hope for me? We are also on behalf of the national anti-abduction police, to make a guarantee to all the parents of missing abducted children: as long as one child is not found, our abduction pace will not stop, we will continue until all missing abducted children are found.
