According to the work arrangements of the congress, on January 20, the delegation of Hulunbuir City attending the sixth session of the 13th People's Congress of the Autonomous Region held a plenary meeting in the People's Hall.
Gao Runxi, deputy to the autonomous regional people's congress and secretary of the municipal party committee, presided over the meeting; Zheng Hongfan, deputy to the autonomous regional people's congress, member of the standing committee of the autonomous regional party committee, and director of the Propaganda Department; and Li Jirong, deputy to the autonomous regional people's congress and chairman of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, attended the meeting.
