On the morning of January 17, the Shunping County People's Procuratorate held an enlarged meeting of the party group to conscientiously convey and study the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on political and legal work and the new requirements and new arrangements put forward by Procurator General Zhang Jun at the National Procurator General Conference, combined with the actual work of this procuratorate, implement the spirit of the meeting, and plan to deploy procuratorial work in 2022.
Yao Zhi, secretary of the party group and chief procurator of the Shunping People's Procuratorate, presided over the meeting, asking all procuratorial cadres and policemen to closely focus on the overall situation of procuratorial work, effectively strengthen their responsibilities, refine work measures, and grasp the implementation of general secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions and the spirit of the National Conference of Procurators General.
In view of the development of procuratorial work in 2022, Yao Zhi put forward five opinions: First, grasp the new concept, conscientiously implement the spirit of the conference, practice the development idea of "people-centered", lead procuratorial case handling with the new era of justice, obey and serve the overall situation of development with the new development concept, promote procuratorial work in the new era from "good" to "better" with higher level of judicial procuratorial work, provide more and better procuratorial products for the people, and achieve win-win and win-win results. The second is to implement the new requirements, combine the actual conditions of this court, take the initiative to keep up with the situation, highlight the balanced development of the "four major procuratorates", continue to do a good job in various comprehensive supporting reforms, explore the construction of internal supervision and restraint mechanisms in the new era, strengthen internal supervision of procuratorial organs, and further optimize procuratorial supervision functions. The third is to promote new deployments, strengthen the supervision of criminal case filing, investigation and trial activities, improve criminal enforcement and supervision and law enforcement supervision, accurately carry out civil litigation supervision, comprehensively deepen administrative procuratorial supervision, actively and steadily promote public interest litigation procuratorate, strengthen procuratorial supervision capabilities, do a good job in traditional business, do a good job in new functions, strengthen work shortcomings, and comprehensively improve the quality and effectiveness of supervision and case handling. The fourth is to create new highlights, combined with the actual situation of Shunping procuratorial work, on the basis of 2021, perform their duties diligently, be able to move the judiciary, work hard to create a number of typical cases (cases) and new procuratorial work highlights, use cases to do a good job in interpreting the law, disseminate judicial concepts, and create a better, stronger and better Shunping procuratorial brand. Fifth, we should take new steps, and in the new year, we should integrate the spirit of this meeting with the reality of procuratorial work, implement it in a down-to-earth manner, make a big splash, uphold the party's absolute leadership over procuratorial work, adhere to the overall requirements of "stressing politics, taking into account the overall situation, seeking development, and stressing self-improvement," and promote the comprehensive, coordinated, and full development of all legal supervision work.
