On the morning of January 17, 2022, the Supreme People's Procuratorate held a meeting of the national chief procurators (expanded), and Hong Yunhua, secretary of the party leading group and chief procurator of the Shaowu City Procuratorate, led all the members of the procuratorate and the heads of various departments to participate in the teleconference, and invited Comrade Huang Lei, a deputy to the National People's Congress, to attend the meeting as an observer.
At the meeting, Chief Procurator Zhang Jun of the Supreme People's Procuratorate conveyed and studied General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech at the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee and the spirit of the important instructions on political and legal work, comprehensively conveyed the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Party and the 19th Plenary Session of the Cpc, the Central Economic Work Conference, the Central Political and Legal Work Conference, and the Summary Meeting on the Education and Rectification of the National Political and Legal Contingent, and made a speech on the in-depth implementation of the Opinions of the CPC Central Committee on Strengthening the Legal Supervision of Procuratorial Organs in the New Era. An important speech was made summarizing the procuratorial work in 2021 and the education and rectification of the procuratorial team, and deploying the main tasks of procuratorial work in 2022. The speech reviewed and summarized the main situation of procuratorial work since the beginning of this year, deeply analyzed the current situation and tasks, and clearly put forward the overall requirements and main tasks of national procuratorial work in 2022.
Immediately after the meeting, the Shaowu City Procuratorate held a special study seminar. Procurator General Hong Yunhua meticulously interpreted the spirit of Procurator General Zhang Jun's important speech at the National Conference of Chief Procurators, analyzed the new situations and new problems existing in the work in light of reality, and conscientiously studied and implemented the measures. III. Closely centering on law enforcement and handling cases, earnestly strengthen and improve legal supervision work.
Close contacts and communication with people's congress deputies and CPPCC members, fully accept external supervision mechanisms such as people's congresses, CPPCC committees, society, and the media, deepen the openness of procuratorial affairs, and continuously promote strict law enforcement and fair administration of justice.
