In the past few days, the Dongcheng District Brigade of the Golmud Fire Rescue Detachment has combined the three-year action of fire safety special rectification to comprehensively control the fire hazards of high-rise buildings and enhance the fire safety awareness and escape and self-help skills of the masses.
The Dongcheng District Brigade of the Fire Rescue Detachment strengthened the investigation, rectified potential safety hazards, and went deep into the high-rise buildings under its jurisdiction to carry out "dragnet" investigation and rectification, focusing on the private pulling flying lines of high-rise buildings, the piled up debris in the corridors, and whether the charging and parking of electric bicycles complied with the regulations, and clarified the rectification responsible persons and rectification time limits one by one to ensure that the hidden dangers were rectified in place.
Strengthen publicity and create a strong atmosphere. Organize the training of fire safety responsible persons and managers, community police, grid personnel, security personnel and other key groups in batches and categories, especially increase the fire safety training of duty personnel in the consumption control room, and further improve the fire safety awareness and responsibility of the full-time and part-time management personnel of the unit, as well as the fire prevention ability and awareness of the unit staff. In residential areas and other places, fire propaganda posters are posted, and publicity windows are set up to create a fire safety publicity atmosphere. Where there are high-rise buildings, institutions and residential communities in the jurisdiction, actively carry out fire evacuation drills and escape self-rescue training, and enhance the fire safety awareness and escape self-help ability of the trainees through on-site skill teaching, on-site simulation of disaster situations, and on-site rescue methods.
In view of the characteristics of fires in high-rise buildings in the jurisdiction, the brigade insisted on "training for war", strengthened the "six familiarity" of the jurisdiction, organized high-frequency exercises on the high-rise buildings in the jurisdiction, successively went deep into the high-rise buildings to carry out water supply capacity tests, familiarized itself with the internal structure of the building, the offensive evacuation route, and the surrounding fire fighting water sources, focused on the use of facilities, evacuation and rescue, interception and control of fires, high-altitude rescue and other combat links, timely revised and improved the fire fighting and rescue plan, and further enhanced the comprehensive combat capability of handling fires in high-rise buildings.
