Strictly check the traceability of the incoming goods ledger. Cold chain food business entities are required to implement the main responsibility for epidemic prevention, record the purchase and sale information of goods in real time, strictly perform the obligations of cold chain food purchase inspection, evidence and tickets, and sales records, and effectively import cold chain food to ensure that the source of cold chain food can be traced and the flow direction can be traced.
Strengthen the investigation of potential safety hazards. Supervise and urge cold chain food business owners to implement the food safety self-inspection system and the health management system for employees. Conduct nucleic acid sampling tests once a week for cold chain foods, employees and the environment in the business premises from medium- and high-risk epidemic areas, and extend the sample retention time.
Increase the investigation and handling of illegal acts. Regularly and irregularly supervise and inspect 299 cold chain food business units in the region. Focus on inspecting the implementation of the "two certificates, one report and one information" of cold chain food imported by distribution units, and severely crack down on illegal acts of operation, processing expired, deteriorated, uninspected and quarantined, or unqualified inspection and quarantine.
