According to the clues at hand, the police ambushed and waited near the community. At about 9 p.m. on January 15, a black car attracted the attention of the police. Just when the owner of the car and a woman were preparing to trade, the police immediately controlled the two and seized 20 boxes of fireworks and firecrackers such as "fairy sticks" and salute spray flowers on the car, worth nearly 10,000 yuan.
After interrogation, the woman Zhang Mou confessed that she was a resident of the community, and in the communication with neighbors, she found that many residents had the idea of setting off fireworks and firecrackers during the Spring Festival, so she decided to form a WeChat group to book fireworks and firecrackers, and Zhang Mou unified to buy fireworks from cao. On the same day, the two sides agreed to deliver in the community, and then successively sold to the residents of the community.
At present, the two have been taken criminal coercive measures by the police, and the case is being further investigated.
Coincidentally, the police of the Tanghang police station recently seized 26 boxes of fireworks and firecrackers when inspecting a peasant household in Maoqiao Village, and arrested Hong Mou, a person who illegally stored fireworks. Hong was later sentenced to administrative detention.
