After completing the quarantine, be sure to arrange to report to the school the next day (if it is a working day).
Report to Student Welfare (SW), student life center – Block B, Level 1
2. After the report is completed, the Student Welfare Department will arrange transportation to pick up the student to the designated EMGS clinic to complete the medical examination
3. After completing the medical examination, submit your passport to complete the sticker at the appointment time
Upon completion of the medical examination, students will send an email to the International Office to schedule an appointment to submit their passport stickers
Submit your passport at the international office at the agreed time
note:
1. From the date of arrival, students only have a special pass for 30 days
2. After the completion of isolation, there are only 15 days left
3. You need to arrange a time to complete the report and physical examination at the school immediately
4. The Immigration Bureau stipulates that students must complete the physical examination within 7 days after isolation
5. Submit your passport sticker (long-term student visa)
