People's Daily Beijing, January 20 (Reporter Sun Hongli) According to the official website of the State Food and Drug Administration, the State Food and Drug Administration recently issued the "Notice on the Detection of Banned Raw Materials in 14 Batches of Cosmetics" (No. 7 of 2022), and 14 batches of cosmetics such as Tong Tai Qicao Repair Cream, Purple Baby VE Skin Rejuvenation Cream, Duoyan Yisha Skin Cleansing Black Film, Isavia Clear Acne Purifying Gel, CBM Herbal Pure Acne Essence, Le Bai Qi Acne Repair Gel, Blue You Red Pomegranate Anti-Wrinkle Repair Mask and other 14 batches of cosmetics were detected as prohibited raw materials. It is reported that the prohibited raw materials detected this time include clobetasol propionate, disonide, metronidazole, chloramphenicol, clindamycin and so on.

According to the notice, in the 2021 national cosmetics supervision and sampling work, after inspection by the Jiangsu Provincial Food and Drug Supervision and Inspection Institute and other units, 14 batches of cosmetics, such as tongtai seven grass repair cream produced by the production enterprise Jiangsu Jiaoyan Barbie Cosmetics Co., Ltd. and the brand operator Tongtai Biotechnology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., were detected as prohibited raw materials specified in the "Cosmetic Safety Technical Specifications (2015 Edition)".

The State Food and Drug Administration requires the drug supervision and administration departments of Guangdong, Hunan, Jiangsu, Fujian and Anhui Provinces to file a case and investigate the registrants, recorders and entrusted production enterprises involved in the above 14 batches of unqualified cosmetics in accordance with the law, and order the relevant enterprises to immediately take risk control measures and carry out self-inspection and rectification in accordance with the law; the drug supervision and management departments of various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) order the relevant cosmetics operators to immediately stop operating the above cosmetics, investigate their purchase inspection records in accordance with the law, and trace the source of the illegal products; Serious investigation and handling in accordance with law; where a crime is suspected, it is to be transferred to the public security organs in accordance with law.
