The unqualified prepackaged food with sampling number XC21130504146701474 involved the sample name being lactic acid bacteria shake (strawberry flavored jelly), the nominal production enterprise being Jinjiang Huixing Food Co., Ltd. in Fujian Province, the identification production date is April 20, 2021, and the unqualified item is the food label - net content (character height).

After receiving the report of unqualified food, the Jinjiang Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau immediately launched an investigation into Huixing Food Co., Ltd. in Jinjiang City, Fujian Province. Fujian Jinjiang Huixing Food Co., Ltd. produced a total of 30 pieces of unqualified "lactic acid bacteria shake (strawberry flavor jelly)" products (315g/ bottle×20 bottles / pieces), as of the time of inspection by law enforcement personnel, all have been sold out, the company has issued a recall announcement for the batch of unqualified prepackaged food produced.

After investigation, the company's production and sale of unqualified labels of food violated the requirements of GB 7718-2011 "National Food Safety Standards General Rules for Prepackaged Food Labels", according to the provisions of the second paragraph of Article 125 of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Jinjiang Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau ordered the company to correct the production and sales of food whose labels did not meet the requirements.

After receiving the unqualified food report, the Jinjiang Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau immediately launched an investigation into Jinjiang Haoguiyuan Food Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. Jinjiang Haoguiyuan Food Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. produced a total of 94.5kg of unqualified Thai mango flavored inflatable sugar (specification model: 350 grams / bag), and by the time of inspection by law enforcement personnel, all of them had been sold out.

V. Fujian Quanzhou Duosi Food Co., Ltd. "Milk Fragrant Pie" verification and disposal notice is as follows:

The unqualified prepackaged food with sampling number XC21350681373930636 involved the sample name "Milk Fragrant Pie", the nominal production enterprise was Fujian Quanzhou Duosi Food Co., Ltd., the production date was July 23, 2021, and the unqualified item was acid price (in terms of fat) (KOH) project.

After receiving the unqualified food report, the Jinjiang Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau immediately launched an investigation into Fujian Quanzhou Duosi Food Co., Ltd. After receiving the unqualified food report, the Jinjiang Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau immediately launched an investigation into Jinjiang Luoshan Jinyida Food Co., Ltd. Jinjiang Luoshan Jinyida Food Co., Ltd. produced a total of 98 bottles (150 grams / bottle) of unqualified "Golden Jujube Pills", and by the time of inspection by law enforcement personnel, all of them had been sold out, and the company had issued a recall announcement for the batch of unqualified prepackaged food produced.

After investigation, the company's production and sale of food that did not meet food safety standards violated the provisions of Article 34 (4) of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China; according to the provisions of the first paragraph of Article 124 of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Jinjiang Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau decided to confiscate the company's illegal gains of 96.04 yuan, and fined 86,000 yuan and revoked the Food Production License (No.: SC11735058200632).
