The plenary session took us to review the important theoretical and practical courses of the party in different historical periods, systematically summed up the major achievements and historical experience of the party's century-old struggle, and pointed out the direction for our party to continue to lead the masses of the people to prosperity and strength in the new era. As a court person, I must regard the study, publicity, and implementation of the important spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China as an important task at present and for some time to come.
To enhance the political position, the people's courts are first and foremost political organs, they must earnestly enhance the "four consciousnesses", strengthen the "four self-confidences", achieve "two safeguards", unify thoughts and actions with the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions and the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee, build a solid ideological foundation of political loyalty, timely report major matters to higher-level party organizations, be good at implementing political requirements into professional work, ensure the correct and unified implementation of the party's line, principles, policies, and constitutional laws, and ensure the correct political direction of the people's courts' work.

Combined with the actual conditions of trial work, identify and find the integration points and entry points for the people's courts' work to serve the high-quality economic and social development of the county, fully implement the new development concept, and solidly promote judicial services. At the same time, we will continue to optimize the business environment based on the rule of law, give full play to the role of judicial functions, let the case filing, trial and enforcement jointly exert efforts, fairly and efficiently and properly try enterprise-related dispute cases, and safeguard the right of enterprise litigation in accordance with the law.
It is necessary to focus on the main business of the main responsibility, compare the requirements of the post, strengthen the accumulation of study and training and promotion, consciously implement the party's line, principles, and policies to the letter, implement the judiciary for the people, strengthen trial management, continue to promote the substantive governance of litigation sources and the professionalization of trial work, make full use of intensive means and wisdom trials of trial auxiliary affairs, actively promote exemplary adjudication, explore element-based trials, continuously improve the substantive resolution of disputes and the level of law enforcement and case handling, and enhance the satisfaction and sense of security of the masses with better judicial services. Solidly carry out the practical activities of "I do practical things for the masses", with the purpose of enhancing the sense of security of the masses, severely punish criminal offenses, deepen implementation measures, focus on solving the specific problems of the masses' "urgent difficulties and expectations", sincerely do good things, do practical things, and solve difficulties for the masses, and provide a strong judicial guarantee for high-quality economic and social development.
