Therefore, on the whole, Qianlong was lenient and strict, and spent 60 years in power in peace and stability. The two emperors were pragmatic in their overall style of government, and their political careers were very long-lived. So in terms of governing style, they are equally divided.
The style of life best reflects the differences between the two emperors. Kangxi was a very pragmatic and self-disciplined person. Because he knows that it is easy to fight the country and the country is difficult to defend. Therefore, during the Kangxi Sixth Tour of Jiangnan, it was generally traveled lightly, and it was possible to save the province. On the other hand, Qianlong likes to pay attention to pomp and circumstance, hugging before and after, which is very extravagant and wasteful.
