A different kind of birthday gift - Porsche Design's 50th anniversary, the launch of the special edition 911

Porsche design brand "Porsche Design" was founded in 1972, and this year marks its 50th anniversary. To commemorate this special occasion, Porsche Design did not simply launch a series of peripheral products, but directly brought a customized version of the 911 to celebrate the birthday, and limited to 750 units!

The new car has a long name, the 911 Edition 50 Years Porsche Design, which is based on the current 911 Targa GT4 and "forks" a 911 S Targa from 1972, which was the year Porsche Design was founded. According to officials, the new car will be priced at 185606 euros, or about 1335490 yuan, and is expected to be delivered this spring.

The 911 Edition 50 Years Porsche Design has an all-over black exterior, while the classic Targa roll cage is in silver, along with a pull print with the words "Porsche Design" under the doors, and a custom badge at the tail vent to show its custom identity.

In addition, the new car features the same center-lockable wheels as the 911 Turbo S, with 20 inches at the front and 21 inches at the rear, and is equipped with brake calipers with glossy black paint.

The customization of the 911 Edition 50 Years Porsche Design is even more prominent in the interior. Its seats are chidori checked, and the 50 Porsche Design is printed on the headrest and welcome pedals. In addition, the silver nameplate on the instrument panel shows the limited edition number of the vehicle, while the armrest box is engraved with the signature of founder Ferdinand Porsche.

Not only that, but the new car also has an upgraded version of the 18-way adaptive sports seat, gray seat belt, and a stopwatch with a red hand.

Of course, Porsche Design, as a luxury brand, also launched two new watches to pay tribute to the brand's first watch product, along with the 911 Edition 50 Years Porsche Design.
