Every bottle of Dwy whisky is created thanks to a decade of care and patience from the winemakers. Unlike regular whiskies, Dowy whisky creatively selects Dovey as the base wine, and after undergoing a distillation process, it is quietly aged by the brewer in the selected Bourbon oak and sherry barrels. After a decade-long maturation process, the body is also transferred to setubal white wine barrels, a finishing touch that gives the whisky a unique flavour and colour.

Ten years of precipitation make the body of the whisky appear shiny ochre red, after pouring, the wine body will be slightly oxidized in contact with the air, and you can feel the faint fruit and nut aromas, mixed with a hint of spice and special nutmeg. When drunk, the mouth is rounded and delicate, accompanied by a gentle vanilla flavor, raisins and toffee sweetness, lips and teeth, dry aftertaste, mellow and long aftertaste.

When it comes to meal pairings, There are many options for Dway whisky: you can pair it with some grilled fish and grilled meats, and it is especially suitable for combinations with vegetables such as artichokes and kale. Limited-edition custom bottles are modeled after Dovey wine glasses, highlighting the brand's signature red capital letter D.
