In the surveillance footage, the substitute driver struggled after being smashed, but did not get out of the door after several attempts.
Some owners of the community questioned that after the incident, the property did not have patrol personnel and monitoring room duty personnel to discover this situation in time, and previously reflected the relevant situation to the property, and the property was not repaired in time.
