My friend John is Chinese New Year's Eve six years old and is a very talented composer and singer. When I first talked to John about his musical talent, he didn't want to listen to me. He always said, "Please, don't say it." I don't want to think about these things. After a long time, John finally admitted that he had dreamed of winning a Grammy Award to play his music in front of a million listeners. After that, as soon as he talks about his musical dreams, he will immediately shine. When he plays the music he creates, his whole body is filled with passion that overflows from the depths of his heart. Obviously, music was what John longed for the most, and when he realized it, all that was left was to act on. One night, John sat down and chatted and began to analyze the reasons why he had not yet realized his dream. To summarize:
I couldn't achieve my goals because I didn't have enough talent.
Such goals are not realistic.
This is not what a serious person should do.
I'm just a young man, and I'm not ready to do such a big thing.
I can't waste my time on unrealistic dreams. I had to find a real job.
It was these negative beliefs that prevented John, and in his subconscious, the sense of identification with resistance and negative factors was so strong that it overshadowed his desire to pursue his dreams.
My view of these negative beliefs about him is that the resistance john encountered was all due to his subjective judgment, not from objective obstacles. Some of these judgments come from himself, and some from the influence of his family on him. These judgments dominate his life and form a strong resistance to him, making it impossible for him to work hard to achieve his dreams. Unfortunately, this is the case for the vast majority of people.
So how to achieve our dreams, first of all, we must make up our minds and courage to change the behavior patterns that hinder us from realizing our dreams, let ourselves take action, follow the seven words in the implementation process, and adhere to the ➕ belief in ➕ execution. Gandhi once said, "Anyone who makes the same efforts as I do, with the same expectations and confidence, can do everything I have done." May everyone realize the dreams in their hearts and achieve themselves! Share
