Tianlun Growth Space Operation and Tianlun Di San Growth Space are the holding companies of Foshan Creative Industry Park Investment Management Co., Ltd. This means that the Foshan Creative Industry Park, which has been booming in Foshan for nearly 15 years, has officially launched comprehensive cooperation with listed companies. According to the announcement, the three parties will carry out comprehensive cooperation in the pre-positioning, planning, operation, consulting and asset-light operation of cities and parks (including development zones, cultural tourism scenic spots, three old renovations, and commercial centers), and open up a broader market space in the field of comprehensive operation management and consulting of smart cities.

This tripartite cooperation will focus on the spatial transformation of urban stock, and use the "Urban Growth Center" of Foshan Creative Industry Park as a template to replicate and promote to the whole country.

Foshan Creative Industry Park is a representative operation project of Guangdong Tianlun Growth Space Operation Management Co., Ltd. With the further development of the joint venture business, the joint venture company will gradually promote the exploration and layout of new business areas such as park leasing operation, investment and mergers and acquisitions, and equity participation operation in the later stage.
