Dante's Divine Comedy depicts hell, purgatory and heaven

author:Old farmer in M city

The Divine Comedy is a long poem written by the famous Italian poet Dante Alighelli (1265–1321) from 1307 to 1321 in three parts: Inferno, Purgatorio, and Paradiso.

Through dialogues with various famous figures in hell, purgatory, and heaven, the author reflects the achievements and major problems in the field of medieval culture, with an "encyclopedic" nature, from which the dawn of Renaissance humanistic thought can also be glimpsed.
