Dong Yongdong, deputy to the People's Congress of Anhui Province and chairman of Keda Chuang Software Co., Ltd., said that Anhui is one of the provinces in the mainland that carried out new energy technology research earlier, has a good industrial foundation and technological accumulation, and has emerged a large number of influential enterprise groups and scientific research institutions in the field of new energy, but in this wave of new energy industry, there are still deficiencies such as scattered industrial layout, lagging layout of community charging piles, and few demonstrations of low-carbon zero-carbon parks.
Dong Yongdong suggested that the construction of a smart energy cloud platform, the construction of city-level virtual power plants - to promote the construction of the energy Internet to do a good job of top-level design; the promotion of distributed storage and charging technology, breaking the bottleneck of charging in residential areas - to provide basic support for the construction of a new energy vehicle capital; the introduction of new energy storage subsidies, to seize new opportunities for industrial development - to cultivate leading enterprises in the energy storage industry to drive industrial clusters; to develop a roadmap for zero-carbon parks, to build a zero-carbon park demonstration site - to help the national carbon peak carbon neutrality strategic goal to achieve.

In the new energy automobile industry, Anhui has laid out a complete vehicle industry chain from the whole vehicle to the intelligent network connection, formed two new energy strategic industrial bases and clusters in Wuhu and Hefei, cultivated many high-quality enterprises such as Chery New Energy, Weilai, and JAC Volkswagen, and created a new energy automobile industry highland with world influence. Well-known car companies, including Volkswagen, have announced development plans for new energy vehicles. However, there are also many "barriers" in the development of this round of new energy automobile industry.
Gao Lixin suggested that to accelerate the development of the new energy automobile industry in Anhui, special funds should be set up and special policies should be introduced to further support the construction of a new base for new energy vehicle warfare and realize the coordinated development and large-scale production of the new energy automobile industry cluster. Enhance the ability of technological innovation, implement core technology research, and improve the quality of development. At the same time, accelerate the construction of new energy vehicle charging and hydrogenation infrastructure.
Zha Quanlu, a deputy to the Anhui Provincial People's Congress, said that the development of the new energy automobile industry in Anhui has entered the fast lane, and the power battery has gradually been retired, and if the battery recycling cannot keep up with the development needs, it will bring adverse environmental impacts and safety hazards to the society. He suggested that a unified battery coding traceability management platform be established, standardize recycling and dismantling behavior, control recycling and disposal channels throughout the process, accelerate the industrialization of repair, transformation, reengineering, reuse and dismantling of waste new energy vehicles, and enhance the full life cycle value of new energy vehicles.
