Anchors, platform operators and merchants conscientiously abide by the E-commerce Law, the Product Quality Law, the Consumer Rights and Interests Protection Law, the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Online Transactions, the Measures for the Administration of Online Live Broadcasting Marketing, and other relevant national laws and regulations, perform corresponding obligations, and bear corresponding responsibilities. Adhere to corporate social responsibility, respect the copyright of original works, advocate live broadcast integrity, protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, refuse false publicity, establish a credit management system, standardize the team of network anchors, improve the overall industry quality, and bring healthier and better quality content to users.
Ding Guochong, president of the High-tech Zone (New Urban Area) E-commerce Industry Association, said that the purpose of issuing this initiative is to let the live broadcast e-commerce industry strictly self-discipline, standardize operations, and pay taxes according to law in accordance with the national network live broadcast laws and regulations, and orderly let the live broadcast industry enter a benign development track.
