The operator said that even by 2030, the demolition work may not be completed. And the entire project will cost $700 million, or $4.5 billion, which is the key. That is, dismantling Huawei's equipment costs the UK 4.5 billion.
The reason why the country has to be demolished is mainly affected by the United States, otherwise it would not suddenly change its mind and lose an old customer who has cooperated for 20 years.
It is worth noting that after the removal of Huawei equipment in the Uk, Spain also needs to replace Huawei's 5G equipment.

This will be a laborious and unflattering affair for the country. It is worth noting that the dismantling of equipment will indeed have a certain impact on Huawei, but fortunately, Huawei has recently won a new big order, and the object of cooperation this time is Africa. So, what benefits will it bring to both parties?
Specifically, on January 12, 2022, Huawei and MTN, the operator of Zambia in Africa, formally reached an agreement to use Huawei's 5G communications in the region. And the day before the announcement, the two began pilot work on 5G networks. It is worth noting that Huawei still won the first large order in Africa.
The benefit of this agreement for Zambia is that it gives the region its own 5G network. You know, the economic conditions in the region are very backward, and the installation of 5G communications is not only laborious, but also requires a lot of money. The data shows that it costs only $50,000 to install communications technology in Uganda in Africa, but $12 million in Zambia.
Therefore, the installation of Huawei's 5G communications in the region has both better equipment and less money.
