The monarch should cultivate virtue, be a virtuous corporal, give favors to the people, and observe the auspiciousness of the Heavenly Dao.

"Liutao" is a famous ancient Chinese military book, meaning six secret tactical strategies, the content of the content of Jiang Taigong and Zhou Wenwang, Zhou Wuwang Q&A, has a great influence on the study of later generations of soldiers, the Song Dynasty listed it as one of the "Seven Books of Wujing".

King Wen of Zhou summoned Taigong Jiang at Fengyi and said to him, "Alas! The King of Shangyi was tyrannical to the extreme, killing innocent people at will, please help me save the people of the world, what should you do? ”

Jiang Taigong said: "The monarch should cultivate virtue, be a virtuous corporal, give favors to the people, and observe the auspiciousness of the Heavenly Dao." When there are no signs of calamity in the Heavenly Path, the requisition must not be preached first. When there is no disaster in humanity, we must not first plan to revitalize the teacher. Only after seeing natural disasters and man-made disasters have occurred can we plan a conquest of the master; only by seeing his open words and deeds and understanding his secret activities can we know his true thoughts; only by seeing his outward manifestations and understanding his inner thoughts can we know his true intentions; only by seeing him alienating certain people and understanding his closeness to certain people can we know his true feelings. By practicing the path of hanging the people and cutting down the sins, political ambitions will be realized; by following the right path, the desire to unify the world can be achieved; by establishing an appropriate system, we will certainly be able to succeed; and if we have a strong and dominant position, we can defeat the strong enemy. Achieving a complete victory without going through war, the army is approaching without casualties, which can really be said to be using soldiers like gods. Amazing! It's amazing!

Can be with people with the same happiness and hardships and help each other, the same love and common pursuit, so on. Even if there is no army and crossbow, it can be won, and no ditch can be defended. Truly wise people do not easily show wisdom, truly strategists do not easily show strategy, and truly courageous people do not easily show their courage. Whoever can seek the interests of the people of the world will welcome him; and if everyone in the world suffers, the people of the world will also oppose him. The world is not the world of one person, but the world of all people.

The struggle for the world is like hunting wild beasts, and everyone in the world wants to eat the meat of the beast; just like crossing the river in the same boat, the river crossing is successful, and everyone has achieved the goal; if it fails, everyone suffers from disaster. If he can do so, all the people of the world will welcome him and will not oppose him: they will not take benefits from the people, but they will be able to get benefits from the people; they will not plunder the benefits from other countries, but they will be able to gain benefits from other countries; they will not plunder the interests of the world, but they will be able to obtain benefits from the world. If he does not plunder the interests of the people, the people support him, this is the interests given to him by the people; if he does not plunder the interests of other countries, other countries will attach themselves to him, which is the interests given to him by other countries; if he does not plunder the interests of the world, the world supports him, and this is the interests given to him by the world. Therefore, this method makes people invisible, this kind of thing makes people unheard, and this victory makes people unknowable. Amazing! It's amazing!

"When the bird is about to take off and attack, it must first fold its wings and fly low; when the beast is about to fight, it must first lie on the ground with its ears pressed; when the sage is about to move, it must first show its stupidity and dullness to the people." In the current Shang Dynasty, rumors are rife and society is in turmoil, but the King of Shang is still living in debauchery, which is a sign of the fall of the Shang Dynasty.

I observe their fields, where the weeds have grown beyond the height of the rice seedlings; I observe their ministers, who are far more treacherous than the righteous; and I observe their officials, tyrannical and cruel, who violate the law. Faced with this situation, they were completely unaware of the Shang Dynasty. It's time to perish.

When the sun rises, everything under the heavens can be bathed in sunlight. When justice is done, all things under the heavens can be benefited. When the army rises, the people of the world will gladly follow. Great! The virtue of the saints and the unique insights that no one can match are the greatest satisfaction of the people! ”

The way of heaven is harmless and cannot be initiated first; humanity is free of disasters and cannot be planned first. He who will see the calamity of heaven and the calamity of man may be sought. He will see his yang, and he will see his yin, and he will know his heart; he will see his outside and see his inside, and he will know his intentions; he will see his neglect, and he will see his relatives, and he will know his feelings. Do its way, the way can also be; from its door, the door can also be people; establish its etiquette, etiquette can also be achieved; strive for its strength, strong can win also. Total victory does not fight, the soldiers are uninvased, and the ghosts are magical. Wow! Wow!

Save people from the same disease, sympathize with each other, help each other with evil, and tend to the same good. Therefore, there is no armor and victory, no rush to attack, no trench and defense. Great wisdom is not wise, great planning is not planning, great courage is not courageous, great profit is unfavorable; those who benefit the world, the world is enlightened; those who harm the world, the world is closed. The world under heaven is not the world of one person, but the world of the world. Whoever takes the world chases after the beasts, and all the worlds have the heart to divide the flesh. If we are in the same boat, we will all benefit from it, and if we lose, we will all do the same harm. However, there is enlightenment, and there is no closure. He who has not taken from the people, he who has taken the people; those who have not taken from the country, those who have taken the country; those who have not taken from the world, those who take the world. He who does not take the people, the people benefit; those who do not take the country, the country benefits; those who do not take the world, the world benefits, so the way is invisible, the matter is unheard, and the victory is unknowable. Wow! Wow!

The bird will be south, and the wings will fly low; the beast will fight, and the ear will bow down; the saint will move, and there will be foolishness. Now and then the merchants, the mouths of all the people are confused, they are vague, the lust is infinite, and this sign of the destruction of the country is also. I look at its wilderness; I look at the grass and the valley; I look at its multitudes, and evil triumphs over the straight; I look at its officials, tyrannical and cruel thieves, and defeat the law and indiscriminate punishment. Unconsciously, this time of destruction is also the time of the fall. The great light is sent and all things are illuminated, the great righteousness is sent and all things are beneficial, and the big soldiers are sent and all things are obeyed. Wow! The virtue of a saint, the uniqueness of hearing, the joy! ”
