Although "Fengshen Yanyi" is a novel, some of the plots in the novel are exaggerated or fabricated, the King of Shang is indeed a tyrant in history, in the traditional literary narrative, he indulged in wine, heavy punishment, poor military force, all kinds of actions shook the foundation of his rule, in the Battle of Makino, the King of Shang was killed, the Shang Dynasty was destroyed. After the fall of the Shang Dynasty, if you want to say that the person with the greatest credit, you have to mention Jiang Ziya.
Jiang Ziya is a famous military figure and politician in the history of our country, he is the founder of the military science in the late Shang Dynasty and the beginning of the Zhou Dynasty, and he is also a person with a strong touch of color in history, and there are many allusions to him, such as "Jiang Taigong fishing, willing to take the bait." At the age of 72, he did not meet because of his pregnancy, straight hook fishing and the shore of Weishui. The so-called "willing person to be hooked" does not refer to the fish, but the person who can discern the talent, and finally really waited for King Wen of Zhou, and really exerted his own strength. Some people say that without the "Fengshen Yanyi", Jiang Ziya's reputation and influence may not be so big. I have to say that the novel does add a layer of mythology to Jiang Ziya, but stripping off such a mysterious cloak, Jiang Ziya's personal life is also quite magical.
Jiang Ziya was born into an official family, and his ancestors assisted Dayu Zhishui, who was a real meritorious person, but when it came to his generation, the family road had fallen, and Jiang Ziya had also become a commoner. In order to make a living, he sold pork, worked as a butcher, and sold wine, just as the so-called poor people are not short, no matter how poor life is, he has never stopped learning, astronomical geography, military strategy, or governance, all in his study plan. He hoped that he would one day become the back-up to help the king and show his talents for the sake of the country, but he waited until he was 70 years old.
Some people may not be able to wait for their bole in their lifetime, and Jiang Ziya is lucky, he waited for King Wen of Zhou. After decades of study and accumulation, his knowledge finally had a place to play, the Battle of Muye, Jiang Ziya used his talents and strategies to help King Wen of Zhou and the princes to achieve victory. The Battle of Makino made the Shang Dynasty, but also jiang Ziya, he became the founding father of the Western Zhou Dynasty, but also became the national army of the State of Qi, put what he had learned all his life into reality, he was a well-deserved Tao strategist and military master, and was enshrined as the "Grandmaster of the Hundred Families".
After the destruction of the Shang Dynasty, Jiang Ziya wrote a book about what he had learned, which was "Liutao". "Liutao" is also known as "Taigong Liutao", Taigong is Jiang Ziya, and this book is a military book, an important part of China's classical military culture, and also a concentrated embodiment of the essence of military thought. This book has always been thought to be a forgery book, but in a Han tomb in Shandong in the 1970s, a large number of bamboo janes were found, including this "Liutao", which confirmed that the book really existed, and it was widely circulated in the Western Han Dynasty, so the claim of pseudo-book was overturned.
The "Liutao" found in the Tomb of the Han Dynasty in Shandong Province, experts speculate that it is from the Warring States Period, and the version circulated by later generations is also continuously enriched by posterity, and the original book has not yet appeared. The whole book has a total of sixty-one articles, nearly 200,000 words, involving six aspects such as Wen Tao and Wuluo, and is a work left by Jiang Ziya before Xian's death. When experts cracked the relevant bamboo jane unearthed, they found that the content was complex and difficult to understand, and included a variety of theoretical knowledge, etc., so this book is also called "Heavenly Book", because the versions handed down in history are different, and this "Heavenly Book" has been excavated by archaeologists, and its content has not yet dared to be released.
First, because the historical versions are different, they dare not easily publish them; second, because there are "conspiracy theories" and so on in the book, and the content is too complicated. However, "Liutao" has always been loved by people, which shows how smart Jiang Ziya is to summarize these contents, this magical figure in history, leaving too many shocking deeds, and the truth has to be admired.
